Private: garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 115 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop "Mas y Mas carretera del Pla" 2.9 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3.6 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, surf school 4.5 km, sailing school 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Casa Solimilo", 4-room house 200 m2, on the upper floor. Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase) living room. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine).
