Situated in the heart of Jávea's port, the apartment enjoys front-row views of the Mediterranean and is just steps away from the stunning *Church of Our Lady of Loreto*, a local architectural gem inspired by a ship's hull.



Inside, Velamar is a quiet and elegant refuge. The one-bedroom apartment features a generous king-size bed, an elegant built-in wardrobe, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space leads to a balcony facing the beach, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, have a leisurely lunch, or watch the world go by. There is cold/hot air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, as well as a modern electric stove to add a cosy glow on colder nights.



The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, with everything you need for a Christmas banquet. Although there is no freezer, a large electric ice machine covers your cold drinks.
