Outdoor shower, barbecue, single garage, public parking on the road. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 2 km, bus stop "Toscamar" 5.2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km, rocky beach "Ambolo" 3 km. Sports harbour 7 km, surf school 3.5 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
