Welcome to Herman’s House — a cozy farmhouse retreat in Osage County, just minutes from Jefferson City. Whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, a wedding nearby, or simply to relax in the countryside, our home has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The farmhouse sleeps up to 6 guests with three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed (main level, spacious with closet)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (upstairs with sitting area)

1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo, stocked with towels, toiletries, soap, and shampoo
Inside, you’ll find a large living room, a sunroom with a rocking chair, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of cookware. The dining room comfortably seats six and includes a coffee bar. A utility room provides a washer, dryer, and extra storage.

Families will love the games, books, toys, travel crib, high chair, and baby gate, while everyone can enjoy streaming on YouTube TV, Netflix, and Prime Video.

Step outside to relax on the porch, patio, or garden, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Kids will especially love the outdoor play area with a slide, swings, and climbing wall. Parking is available right by the side door with ramp access.

The home is just north of Westphalia, close to grocery stores, local restaurants, and several wedding venues. You’ll enjoy the peaceful country setting while still being only a short drive from the Missouri State Capitol, historic sites, hiking trails, and Jefferson City attractions.
