객실 상태에 대한 전반적인 점검이 필요한 것 같습니다.

객실의 유리컵도 한개가 덜 비치되어 있었고 욕조의 마개가 고장이 나서 한방중에 수리를 하고 샤워기의 온수 조절 기능이 문제가 있어 온수 조절이 안되었습니다. 시설에 대한 전반적인 점검이 필요 할 것 같습니다.

이 호텔은 모든 면에서 이제까지 다닌 다른 호텔보다 제일 좋은 시설과 서비스를 제게 보여 주었습니다. 친절함과 모든 업무에서 밝은 미소로 서비스를 해주는 직원들이 저를 너무 편안하게 만들었읍니다. 어떤 디자이너가 설계했는지는 모르지만 익숙한 나의 집보다 더 편하고 편안한 잠자리, 스마트한 화장실 변기 그리고 감성있는 샤워실. 한가지 아쉬움은 날씨 때문에 야외 온탕을 사용하지 못한점이네요. 하지만 날씨때문에 나가지 못한 나의 마음을 아침 뷔페의 부드럽고 맛난 음식들이 감싸주었고 하루 일정후의 2층 바에서 경험은 어떤 다른 고급 음식점보다 좋았어요.한입 후의 입안의 음식들이 하루를 미소짓게 만들고 추천한 한잔의 와인이 여행자의 하루의 피곤을 녹여주어 편안한 여행을 만들어 주었네요. 이 모든 서비스에 감사하며 즐거운 제주의 추억 일부에 보관 하겠읍니다. 감사합니다 종업원 여러분

Loved the scenery and the luxurious vibe. The room was amazing and the outdoor bath was superb. The location was easy enough to get to with a hire car and the staff were fantastic and helpful. Easily the nicest hotel stay I have ever had.
