We booked the accommodation at EQ stay and dinner at EQ stay BBQ, dining area is right within the hotel vicinity. Food quality and restaurant vibes were splendid, however, here comes. Hotel side did not respond to my request prior to our check in, and Expedia couldn’t help with the communicating either. On our arrival, we were given a room key, but one hr later after check in there were 2 sets of strangers knocking on our door and tried to open our room door, turns out the Recep gave us to wrong room key and a stranger was given a back up universal key to access “his room”. Utterly ridiculous and disappointing. Didn’t help that the owners did not understand English as we tried to rectify - luckily an English-speaking Korean gentlemen was there to help us translate. We were still worried late at night as we slept that someone would open our doors. It is a quiet peaceful town in the midst of Jeju, probably one of the bigger hotel establishment around the area. Which explains the affordable accommodation. I highly recommend the restaurant, but NOT the hotel.

Good sized room, not quite as nice as on the photo though (no decoration and a bit older) The stairs are uneven so a little bit wonky, but nothing major and there is an elevator Paid self-laundry available, which is practical No access to the water machine or microwave outside of reception opening hours (around 9 am to around 9-10 pm) Breakfast is ok, but it starts at 9:15, so it can be late for exploration Not allowed to bring outside food in the lounge area, you have to eat in your room, as they sell food onsite No access to kitchen, only microwave

외부는 너무 예쁘고 좋습니다 1인 바베큐가 되는걸 알았다면 호텔에서 먹었을건데 먹을걸 사가지고 가서 못먹은게 아쉽네요 방은 허름했습니다 호텔방이라 보긴 어렵고 모텔방 같았습니다 다른건 다 좋았는데 옷을 걸어둘 곳이 있었음 좋겠습니다 또 방문하겠습니다
