The room that i booked was huge with great view of the city and the mountain.My wife and daughter loves the view very much.Everything was great except that as a muslim tourist, the hotel does bot cater the food for muslim tourist like me.That is the only donwside. Besides that from the room to amenities to the service everything was great.My family enjoyed our stay.Thank you

Airport shuttle every half hour was very convenient! The room was a little dirty, there were food crumbs and chips on the floor when we check in, but the rest of the resort and the view was spectacular

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Daeeun from Café 8, was super friendly and accommodating. She gives the best service in all of the hotel and restaurants. The facility is amazing. The room is comfortable, although we found hair near the sink after the room was cleaned. Also, was not a fan of the closet design, as you cannot use both closets at the same time due to the sliding door design. The pool area is gorgeous and parking is easy and efficient. Overall a very positive experience.

My partner and I loved our stay here. Staff are kind and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the heated outdoor pool was very nice. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. Parking is also ample and spacious, and I also saw that they have an airport shuttle which is another added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! Great dining options. Courteous, professional and competent staff. Fabulous spa and great location. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have gorgeous views. Fitness center and pools are exceptional and the spa sauna houses are reason alone to stay here. I will stay here again.

The largest hotel/resort in jeju-city - extensive amentiies, restaurant, shopping options. Free parking. Excellent service and staff. All I can say is fabulous!!! The room size, use of space, decor, and view were top-tier!!!! Treat yourself and your loved ones of visiting JeJu. The location was quite walkable and the laundromat being nearby, added to the awesomeness of the stay! When they say “DREAM TOWER” in the title of this Grand Hyatt, they are NOT exaggerating! There is a mall in the lower level and a casino (which) we didn’t use. I truly wish we could have stayed here for about three more days!!!! The price was far below what one would pay at a Grand Hyatt anywhere else in the world! Absolutely phenomenal!

The Grand Hyatt Dream Hotel in Jeju is the definitely the star hotel in Jeju City. Grand towers, impressive range of restaurants, and best facilities on the island. The concierge Suzy was fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was always delicious. There was always a line though to get in; the check-in dining system was inefficient. Indoor pool was nice but wish it was better designed for lap swimming. One end was curved. Would go back and stay there.
