Korean style motel

The room was not clean as there was hair on top of pillow and smoking smell inside room despite showed non smoking room in Hotels.com when made a reservation. The owner was not pleasant changing the room and lots of excuses even though rooms are pretty much empty due to corona virus situation. It is rather Korean style motel than hotel.-one of the example is they do not have individual/disposal toothpaste which is most of Korean motel using it.
