Just steps away are ocean views from the patio complete with a gas grill and bistro table with seating for two. Off the living area is the gorgeous master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, boasting an oversized tile shower, double vanity, large walk-in closet, and linen closet. Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage and at the base of the stairs a half bath and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
