Crisp white sheets, therapeutic pillows, a pull out sofa bed, two smart tvs and free wifi . Complimentary use of beach towels. Newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Located on the first floor easy to access the beach, pool or on property beach bar and restaurant. This unit is the actual unit you will be staying in.
For your convenience: Blow dryer, liquid Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner,
Beginner trash bags (2) dish detergent, toilet tissue, paper towels are provided.

Wonderful spot on Hutchinson Island
Great location right on the ocean, directly next to my favorite restaurant/bar in the area, Schuckers. The rental was fantastic. Beautifully done. Have to say the huge walk in shower was a highlight along with the private patio. It may not be oceanview, but a few steps away and there’s the ocean, sunrise, and did I mention Schuckers. The host will give you amazing recommendations for places to go. Was available for any questions that might come up during our stay. For a first time staying at a VRBO, our experience was outstanding.

Last minute bait and switch: a trip ruined. Avoid at all costs
We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this short-term rental. On the day of our check-in, the host informed us that the unit we had reserved was double-booked. Despite the property description clearly stating that "THIS IS THE UNIT YOU WILL BE STAYING IN," we were placed in a different unit. When we requested a cancellation and refund, the host refused. Unfortunately, VRBO couldn't intervene without the host's consent. The host then stopped responding and the next day declined our refund request. To make matters worse, they not only refused to cancel or refund our booking but also shifted blame onto us for being dissatisfied, even though our entire trip was ruined. This host is untrustworthy, engages in bait-and-switch tactics, and deflects responsibility onto guests. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

Nice condo, unable to use wifi
The condo was clean, neet and by the beach. the restaurant next to is very good. I was unable to use the building wifi, the password provided never worked. The lock gate to go to the beach from the pool, only works if you use the key from outside, no big deal. I recommend this condo but no more than three people.

Cute condo
Check-in was easy and it was clean. I absolutely loved the decor and overall vibe of the place. It was also very convenient that Schuckers, the beach and pool were all within 5 minutes walking distance. The only thing lacking in my opinion was just some basic hospitality touches. There was no toilet paper or toiletries like bodywash, shampoo/conditioner. A couple of snacks, bottles of water and k-cups for the coffee maker would have been really nice, thoughtful and much appreciated.

Great getaway
Very comfortable, smartly decorated, large condo. Convenient and quite location. Great on site restaurant. Steps away from the pool and ocean. Short drive to "downtown " Jensen Beach and more great restaurants and shops.

Perfect getaway for some relaxation
I rented this last minute to be able to get away somewhere comfortable where I could relax within shirt distance to the beach so I could walk morning and evening. This fit the bill, it was cute, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed and more. There was one issue with the coded door lock malfunctioning, and I was locked out. The owner was immediately responsive and sent a locksmith out right away. She handled the situation perfectly. I'm very pleased with my stay.

Fantastic stay on Hutchinson Island
It has been our first time on Hutchinson Island and we were absolutely amazed by the Island itself as well as the place. The location right on the beach was perfect for sunrise runs and Shucker's right next door is the place to be for dinner and sunsets. The place itself was perfect - very nice decorated - spacious and allowed a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids) to enjoy the days on the island. Thanks again to our host who welcomed us with an amazing welcome message that included everything there is to know - from groceries to best dinner in town. We will certainly come back!
