You will stay in a place with lots of natural light, modern and perfectly equipped in the center of Jerez, good location, quiet and just a step away from the main tourist attractions of the city. You can enjoy the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera, its proximity to emblematic areas such as Gonzalez Byass, the Cathedral of Jerez, San Mateo, Alcazar de Jerez etc. all just a few meters from the apartment, you can enjoy the multitude of recreational offerings offered by the city, flamenco, gastronomy, wineries and monuments etc. Check-in Time: From 4:00 PM

️ Your pet must not be left alone in the accommodation at any time to avoid noise disturbances.

Failure to comply with this rule will also result in a penalty. After check-out, if extra cleaning is required due to excess hair or damages, the additional costs will be charged.

SMOKING is strictly prohibited in the apartment and common areas.

SECURITY: Ensure that the main entrance door to the street is always properly closed.

SUSTAINABILITY: Please turn off the air conditioning/heating and ensure that everything is switched off when you are not in the apartment. Help us preserve natural resources by limiting our environmental impact. PLEASE CHOOSE RESPONSIBLY.

The building has security cameras in common areas.

Prohibited: According to historic center regulations in Jerez, hanging clothes on windows or balconies is not allowed in emblematic buildings like ours.

Garbage: Please do not leave garbage in the apartment when you leave.

Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty kitchenware. Please return the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

️ Deposit Required: We request a security deposit to cover any potential damages or accidents. A pre-authorization will be processed through a secure network at least 24 hours before arrival.

Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.

️ Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

Parties, disturbing other guests or neighbors, and loud music are strictly prohibited. We monitor noise levels.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the total stay as a penalty or immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
