There were crumbs inside of the the cot we had to purchase because our room didn’t have 2 beds like we originally booked on Expedia. They down graded us for booking from third party site! Not to mention breakfast was a joke no cream for coffee. Dirty and filthy bathroom. Absolutely gross and our room wasn’t even ready at 3pm. I recommend staying somewhere else for the cost of $200

Very BAD experience

Checkers very bad as 1 person was working with a line formed and walked away for at least 5 minutes. Breakfast offered was coffee/tea, choice of 2 muffin flavors and granola bar. Really? Room was surety and very aged.

Location for MetLife was ideal. Staff was rude, room was nasty. Paid more than I should have thinking it was going to be nicer. Bedding had black curly hairs like the sheets weren’t changed. The soap in the shower was used, had hair stuck on it, was put back in wrapper, and placed on “clean linen” with shampoo. The room smelled like feet and spaghetti o’s. Breakfast only had sugary creamer, when I asked for creamer without added sugar, (packets even) tall staff member wearing headphones said “guess you gotta drink it black” and walked away. When I showed the front desk the used/open soap he rolled his eyes like I was inconveniencing his stay. Will choose another place to stay next time.

Nice to have full-size refrigerator, dining utensils, and microwave. Signs for road directions in the area are very confusing and have you going in circles.

This Hotel is awesome!!!

My son and I drove down from Albany New York to attend the Giants vs Jets game and go to Nickelodeon Universe in American Dream Mall in East Rutherford NJ and we booked a night in the Secaucus NJ Extended Stay. It was very clean, cozy, the television offered premium channels and the continental breakfast was convenient. The staff were absolutely amazing and more than generous going above and beyond for us. When we return to the NJ area we will be booking this hotel again.

If I can get this hotel zero stars, I will give it zero. It look more like a motel when you’re in there. Very sketchy. Everything is outdated. The only thing that’s updated is the elevator. I was so scared to go to sleep because I felt disgusted. The hotel looks like people go there to do drugs and other stuff iykyk. never again highly recommend. Unless you’re into staying anywhere. Eww

It’s nice in the lobby, the exterior is nice as well. Our entire floor stunk like smoke (pot/cigarette), to top that it smelled like dirty diapers. The walls are very thin, it was rather noisy, which was ok, but the stench NO! It’s in need of some serious work for $200/nt. The only plus is that it’s close to MetLife stadium.
