I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We live around the block and had to move out to do some repairs -- and it couldn't have worked better for our family. The unit is clean, new and the process was easy. When I had a few questions the property manager was responsive and easy. Kitchen was well stocked and really not one bad thing to say!
My overall experience at this property was positive, with a few important considerations for future guests. The home was exceptionally clean, which is to be expected given that it is brand new. The layout worked well for our group of two couples, providing both comfort and privacy. The neighborhood felt safe and was very convenient, within walking distance to several great restaurants and the PATH train into NYC.The main drawback of this property is the lack of designated parking. Guests must rely on a parking garage located about four blocks away, which can become quite costly (over 60 per day) if you need to use your car during your stay. The only somewhat economical option is to leave your vehicle parked in the garage for the entirety of your visit and explore the area on foot. Unfortunately, this important detail was not clearly disclosed in the listing and was only mentioned in fine print via email after booking. For this reason, I have rated the property a 3 out of 5.
