Welcome to our quiet and cozy apartment in the heart of Jerusalem! This beautiful home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation with family or friends, and contains all necessities and luxuries to make your stay perfect. Located, just minutes away from Jerusalem's vibrant urban life filled with restaurants, the apartment is located in a modern building which meets all the current comfort and security standards.
THE SPACE
The large living space is divided between the living room, the kitchen, a dining area.
Living room with sofas and equipped with a smart TV.
Full equipped open plan kitchen.
Dining area with a table which can accommodate 4 people.
Access to the terrace furnished with swing chair and a dining table for 6 people.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers for your belongings.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, full height closet for your belongings. This is also the MAMAD (safe room) in case of emergency.
Full bathroom with tub.

- AC/heat unit in every area.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine in the apartment.
- Iron and board.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

*Please note when choosing a car that the maximum height is 1'90m.

- Wooden crib: 500 âȘ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 âȘ per stay.
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in an authentic neighborhood in the center of Jerusalem, close to the public transportation (Train, Bus, Taxi) which stop within minutes of apartment.
It is a short walk to the Jerusalem's main pedestrian street Ben Yehuda, a few minutes walk from the Mahane Yehuda market.
The mamilla mall and the Old City are also within walking distance.
GETTING AROUND
You can do a lot by foot. Public transportation is widely available around the apartment. If you plan on using buses, trams or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
Have stayed here before and enjoy the space, the terrace and the perfect location in the centre of the city!

Amazing
Location was great. Apartment beautiful even better than described. Was contacted just the right amount of times to make sure all is ok. Highly recommend

Hot water switch should be labeled
1/12/20 All and all, things were fine, however we could used some more blankets. I had trouble getting the heat to work in the back bedroom. Other than that things were good.

The apartment is super nice and well located
Cleaning ⊠supervising more before the guest arrived. This time was much better for hen last time. But we found up to the table cigarette ashes and soft drink can on the kitchen. Apart of the sofa was all with rubbish under. The balcony was super organised but was not clean. Be much more attentive on your guys cleaner they donât do what they suppose to do. You guys have a amazing apartment could be more well looking care.
This is my second stay with FeelHome. I love the communication - so easy, friendly and professional. The apt was perfect location close to everything, yet quiet enough for peace and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again!

Staying at Ha'Neviim-Street
Sophie is very friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a problem , she resolved it afte a short time. The appartment is very nice and very close to the city center.
Very central location. Easy access. Fridge not fully functioning. Bathroom could be cleaner. Comfortable beds. Duvet cover torn. All in all very positive
Well equipment and great ubication
Better overall maintenance of the house (humidity, toilet, air conditioner) although it didnât really affect the comfort.

Great apartment, great location and great service!
I love the location of the apartment...5 minutes walk to the light rail, 3 mini's to the super market, 10 minutes to Mahne Yehuda, 15 to the old city. The apartment was very clean and when a small issue arose, the office was quick to respond. Renting again (a different apartment) from Feelhome next month!
A few additional items in the kitchen would be great. I know we were probably not the "normal renter" since we stayed so long but an electric hand mixer, measuring cups and measuring spoons would be helpful. Also, some kind of instructions on using the oven, washer and television would have been great. Maybe a list of the television channels available as well? Finally, a check list for when a person leaves the apartment would be wonderful. These things are very small suggestions as we love our stay :)
