Summary:

Central one bedroom apartment located in a brand new luxurious building. The rooms are full of light opening on the city center, famous HadavidKa place.

The bathroom is new and fresh. You could enjoy from the nice places in the surroundings such as Mahane Yehuda and small streets of Nahlaot, Yafo and Ben Yehuda streets, Mamila etc

Public transportation is down the building.



The Space:

The living room is full of light thanks to the high windows. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains basic amenities. Kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom is very comfortable and quiet despite the central location of the place. You can close the blinds for a dark atmosphere. Blinds are ultra modern electrical blinds.

The toilets are inside the bathroom.

A washing machine is available on spot.



The Neighborhood:

Heart of the city.

Hadavidka place with al public transportation is down the building.

5 minutes from the great Shuk, 5 minutes from Ben Yehuda and 10 minutes from Mamila, 15 to Old city.

Communication was non existent. Towels, bedding for the girls bed weren’t there. The parking info was never given to me. I reached out four times asking for help with those basic things and was told they will call back. No one did. Horrible experience

nice place great location terribly poor communications

While overall the unit was really very good we encountered the following issues. The instructions we received from the manager as to access to the unit were not always accurate. For example the code we were given to enter the building was 0325 when in fact the code was 0523. The instructions relating to the hot water were completely inaccurate and this was pointed out to us by Adi who was EXCELLENT in clearing up the issues that we had. So for the first day and a half we had no hot water and the heat was also not working. When contacting the numbers given to us in isrentals instructions one person completely denied having anything to do the apartment. On Friday after not having hot water or heat I called 3 times to the call center each agent promised a call back in a short time none of which were ever received. We arrived back on early friday afternoon to find that the hot water was working. We received NO communication that anyone had addressed the problem. Additionally were it not for the fact that Adi lost her keys and had to come back to see if she had left them in our apartment we would not have had any heat as she had to climb on the counter top to reset the sensor. She also told us then that the instructions for the hot water we were given and which were indicated with a sign on the wall were incorrect and she showed us how to turn it on. The television was not working until sometime on Monday. Initially I mentioned that the smoke detector had be disconnected and placed in a drawer in the kitchen. That issue was never addressed and never rectified. In short while we paid full price for each day the first two to three days we did not have some of the basic amenities one would expect in a rental such as this.

GREAT location-- very difficult to communicate with property manager

We loved this apartment! The kitchen was a nice perk (though very few plates/ silverware/ items)... the bedroom was nice enough- very firm mattress, though 2 very small beds for 2 larger adults. The bathroom was nice and big- though the shower handle didn't attach to the wall so you had to hand hold it. (My husband found the wall attachment in a drawer and attached it about halfway through our stay.) The water spigot was fire-hot and burned the left side of my knee when I accidentally leaned on it in the shower- so be careful, especially if you have little ones. The wifi was fast, though we were given the wrong user name and password and had to figure it out ourselves. The property manager was very difficult to communicate with and didn't answer many of my questions. This was pretty frustrating. But overall, the apartment was in an amazing location, right near the Machane Yehuda market, and was in a very safe, guarded building. We would stay here again- we would just go in with very low expectations about communication and information ahead of time! Loved our 2 weeks in Israel!
