Great location in Jerusalem

Pros: The staff was good and made an effort to make us very comfortable. The dining room staff was excellent.
Location: Great location for shopping on Ben Yehuda St. not far from the mall and the Old quarters and the Kotel. Taxis always available.
Our room was great, we have stayed at the hotel 3 different times, the last time was 3 years ago. It seems as if the hotel has updated the room plus the lobby.
