The latest addition to Colony Suites, the Hildesheimer offers an access friendly apartment, ideal for guests who struggle with steps. Situated on a one-way street, behind the buzz of Emek Refayim, the Hildesheimer boasts a view of what is considered the finest in the German Colony.
The three-bedroom apartment has a sleeping capacity for seven guests. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has its own bathroom with shower. In the second bedroom, beds may be separated, according to guests’ needs. The third room has a desk and 120cm pull out bed.
An additional sleeping option is the double pull out sofa bed in the lounge room.
The main bathroom comprises of a toilet and bath/shower.
The kitchen (equipped with kosher, both, meat and dairy utensils) is easy to operate with new electric appliances. The table can be opened to seat six comfortably, with extra chairs available.
Amenities include:central air conditioner and heating, WIFI, Cable TV, washing machine, dryer, safe, iron and hairdryer.
Onsite parking is available upon advance request and subject to availability.

The apartment is in a great location! We were very comfortable as there was plenty of room to sit together, play games and hang out. Linda is a great communicator. We highly recommend this listing.

Good property, excellent location, fabulous host

We just finished a stay at this property in Emek Refaim. My two teens and wife, found it comfy and relaxing. Had everything we needed. The property was easy to find. Our host, Aviva, left the key for us which allowed us to access the place when we arrived. Parking was available, but a bit strange. We had to just squeeze our car in where we could find (how Israeli). But there were no issues with it otherwise. The property was clean, but it is well used and needs some upkeep. The bath and bed linens were plentiful as were the shower amenities. The kitchen had most essentials and suited our needs very well. The place has a washer and dryer, which took us time to figure out but was super handy. The boiler was also a bit tricky, so we suffered through some cool showers, which turned out to be nice anyway. There is a safe inside the unit which is also good. The windows also all have protective shutters which help with security and to keep the place cool. During our stay, we had a couple minor issues. Aviva was awesome and always attended to them right away. Very easy to communicate with. The location is what sets this place apart. Its in the best location near shops, restaurants, the first train station (food and shopping area), malls, and accessible to the many sites of Jerusalem. Loved this!! We loved the area, appreciated Aviva’s hospitality, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great apartment, great location

We would definitely come back. The apartment felt very spacious, square footage notwithstanding, the beds were comfortable, and the location was really convenient. Great place to stay, and super nice and helpful host.

Great apartment in a great location

This is a comfortable apartment and it had everything we needed. Aviva was terrific--responsive and helpful. The location can't be beat--near restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, bus stops. Would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed often in rented apartments. This was the first time in an apartment that is used only for that purpose. I did miss seeing (and reading) books on the shelves and using a Hebrew-English dictionary. That is a small matter, however. We loved our time in the apartment. Donald Splansky

Charming place to stay

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment which has everything you need in a rental apartment. It is pretty, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and my two kids who visited who are 18 and 20 in seminary and Yeshiva.

Wonderful apartment and Shabbat perfect

This property is really lovely and perfect for a family to celebrate Shabbat. The apartment is small but a great size and it has everything except the food for celebrating Shabbat. The neighborhood is really the best and is welcoming without being touristy. I hope to have another stay here in the future.

Excellent Location

The location is wonderful. Less than a five minute walk from the stores and restaurants on Emek Refaim but far enough away you don't hear any of the noise. We found the apartment spacious for the three of us. The internet was strong and the satellite tv was nice to have. We would stay here again.
