Aqua Vincentia is located in an ideal location and is best suited for couples or small families. 

This pet friendly, neat and tidy downstairs holiday unit offers a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, lounge and dining areas which overlook the fully fenced front entertaining decking. Wifi and Netflix included.

Imagine sitting under the shade sail having a BBQ and enjoying the lovely afternoon summer breezes directly off the beautiful waters of Jervis Bay.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and second room has a single bed with separate single trundle bed. (The second bedroom is off to the dining area and has a curtain for privacy. (please see the photos)

Close to the Vincentia shopping village where you will find a range of cafes, Coles supermarket and a variety of specialty stores.

Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire.

Pets are welcome. Please bring your own pets bed as pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Pets must not be left at the property while guests are out, guests do not have backyard access.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats.

Off street parking available.

The wonderful owners reside in the property above the unit and will be there to welcome you and provide assistance if required.
