The room was clean and reception staff friendly. Location is perfect. Property is a little old and outdated but everything worked and it was within our budget. Prefer the top level rooms as if you are down the bottom can hear toilets flushing from above.

Great location. The room needed maintenance and TLC. The front window should of had a sheer curtain for privacy as we needed to close the block out curtains which had small holes. The blind above the bed couldn't be pulled down as the cord was broken.

Taps need maintenance. There were loud, sharp noises of malfunctioning taps when anyone in the neighbouring room used the tap; it was deafening, especially at night. We had trouble sleeping due to this.

Every thing was great ! The only reason I gave a 4 star overall rating was because when at 10pm trying to go to sleep, the noise of the washing machine or dryer were very noisy and I found it difficult to sleep. I suggest that they have restricted times for using the laundry and close the door

Room was clean and tidy. Only thing disappointing was the bathroom, needs an upgrade. Water pressure was non existence, no hooks to hang towels, very small for a possible three person room.

OK, but the place needs improvement

Very good location, quiet street, plenty of parking, friendly staff, clean beddings and towels and reasonable price. But the shower and toilet are old, the tiles are cracked and painted-over, grouting is unclean, tap is leaking, toilet seat is chipped, toilet cistern is dirty, no garment hooks and the light switch is not near the door. The cutlery and crockery are mismatched and stained. No secondary door lock. A simple entry door mat would help keep dirt out.

Great location and a good sized room for a small family staying for four nights. Great playground across the road and lots of wonderful restaurants nearby and a short walk to the dolphin cruise pickup point. The on-site Malaysian restaurant was also good with friendly staff. But unfortunately noisy - the pipes in room 6 bang continuously like a loud jackhammer when someone in a neighboring room uses the shower (this happened over the four nights we stayed there, at midnight, and again at 5am, then 5:30, then 6am etc. even 3am on ANZAC day morning.) it was a big problem for us. Also the shower would leak water onto the bathroom floor long after you’d had the shower and even if you dried the floor, so you always got wet feet/socks. And the queen bed in the room was pretty old and uncomfortable, needs replacing. But the single bed, my kid reported, was great.
