Welcome to your dream vacation – a charming 55 sqm double house in a picturesque setting, perfect for families and dog lovers. Our lovingly designed holiday home features a spacious living room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and seating for six – ideal for shared meals and cozy evenings.

The jewel of the house is the stylish maisonette in the attic, divided into two small but cozy bedrooms, perfect for sweet dreams after a day full of discoveries. The generous bathroom is equipped with a separate shower, bathtub, and a washing machine – everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the tranquility on your private terrace while your children play in the large sandbox or enjoy a game of chess on our chessboard. For the sporty, a table tennis table is ready for action. Our 4,000 sqm fenced garden is a paradise for your four-legged friend – here they can romp to their heart's content.

A highlight is our private jetty, perfect for fishing or just relaxing. A boat is also available for a fee. Use our bicycles to explore the surrounding nature – fun for the whole family!

Please note that in addition to the rent, there are costs for the final cleaning of €60.00. This amount doubles if you bring a dog. The costs for electricity (€0.50 per kWh) and water (€5.00 per cubic meter) will be calculated after your stay.

We kindly ask our guests to leave the house broom-clean. If this is not the case, we will charge a one-time special cleaning fee of €30.00. Upon your arrival, a cash deposit of €100.00 is required, which will be offset against the additional costs at the end of your stay.

Lage war toll, nur die Ausstellung der Wohnung ist sehr alt, Sofa durchgesessen, Matratzen alt und durchgelegen, Duschamartur eingeschränkt funktionsfähig. Im Großen und Ganzen in diesem Zustand nicht unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Da wäre so viel mehr drin....

Zuerst die wirklich tollen Dinge. Das Pärchen, welches die Wohnung im Auftrag betreut ist super nett. Wir wurden zuverlässig und freundlich empfangen und auch zwei Extrawünsche waren kein Problem. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist phänomenal für Hundehalter und Kajakfahrer. Der Wuff kann sich auf hunderten eingezäunten Quadratmetern frei bewegen und vom eigenen Steg kann man angeln oder das Kajak in den wunderschönen See einsetzen. Damit wars es aber auch schon. Die Wohnung ist für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Wir mieten zweimal jährlich Ferienwohnungen im diesem Preissegment und waren schockiert. Die Flurlampe geht nicht, das Couch ist so durchgesessen, das einem nach ein paar Minuten alles weh tut. Die Eckbank in der Küche bricht schon beim berühren zusammen. Die Schubladen der Schränke fallen auseinander und die eine Seite des Ehebettes quietscht so laut, das bei jeder Bewegung alle wach sind. Die Endreinigung kostet mit Hund 95€, dafür würde ich gern auch eine saubere Wohnung übergeben bekommen. Leider waren wir davon weit entfernt. In den Kunstblumen hängen tote Insekten, unter den Betten der Kinder lagen/liegen noch die Socken von irgendwelchen Vormietern und durch die Fenster kann man nur bedingt schauen. Von zufälligen Blick hinter den großen Schrank im Wohnbereich ist dringend abzuraten. Die Küche ist dazu passend spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt weder einen Putzschwamm für Pfannen, noch eine Spülbürste oder Ähnliches. Den Besen traut man sich nicht zu benutzen, d

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße mit wenig Verkehr; das rückwärtige riesige Rasengrundstück erstreckt sich bis zum See mit naturbelassenem Ufersaum. Ein traumhafter Ort. Die Wohnungsbetreuer sind ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Durch das Gebälk des Fachwerkhauses hat die Wohnung Charakter.Das Kücheninventar ist verbesserungswürdig.
