This home sits in a wooded mountain setting; use caution with uneven terrain, wildlife, and weather. Keep doors and windows closed to help keep bugs and critters out — occasional pests are normal in a natural setting and not grounds for a refund.

House rule violations may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund. Security cameras monitor the front and back entrances and must remain active at all times.
