The self-contained studio offers a thoughtfully arranged, open-plan space designed for relaxed holiday living. It includes:

Off-street parking is available for one vehicle.



Please note that a two-bedroom cottage is attached to the studio and has its own private entrance and facilities. The backyard, driveway and parking area are the only shared spaces.







For groups of more than two guests, the entire Rock On property may also be booked, subject to availability.

House Rules

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.

Ski/Snow gear - No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property. Please use space provided to store equipment.

For safety - Please turn off all lights, air-conditioning and heating (including extinguishing fireplace) when not at the property.

Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.

Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.

Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
