Very nice room but not eco-friendly

It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November.

Small nice room but moldy ac

The ceiling ac had mold or black dust build up. My throat hurt the first night so left the windows open for some air. Location wise nice for short walks and local eatery places.

Clean hotel with a helpful staff

The hotel was perfect for a short stay in this area. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that although parking was free, it wasn't the easiest ro access. Other that that, it was a pleasant stay.

Modern hotel, with nice rooms

Nice clean rooms. Room has it's own AC and heater. Small fridge and microwave. Coffee maker in the room was an added bonus. Parking is in the basement, and spaces are quite small, but this is common in Korea. Lotte Mall is a 2 min walk away. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Clean and comfortable

The parking garage is quite tight, usual for Korea though. And the bathroom is very small, again not unusual for Korea. But it was immaculately clean. And the bed mattress was the best I've probably ever slept on in any hotel. The pillow and comforter were down, and very good quality, unusual for any hotel of this price range.It has a very small balcony, but you could walk out and see the view. The only mall in Jinju was on the next block, and more restaurants are a 5 min. walk away. If you set your expectations for what is typical in Korea, this is a great hotel for the price.
