It was a great overnight stay. You didn’t feel like you were in an airport. The food and service was good.. would definitely stay again if I needed to overnight at the airport.

Was given wrong room initially which did get fixed. No phone in room. Waited an hour for our dinner in the hotel restaurant where there were inly a few guests. We entered from inside the airport so I cannot comment on the grounds

This hotel is right at the airport. Great for evening arrivals or a launching point for nearby travel. Great staff. Good restaurant. There is little else in area.

We arrived at the hotel after travelling for 30hours. We were tired and all we wanted was to take a shower and sleep. Upon arrival we were told that there was a water outage but the maintanance staff will sort it out shortly. The next morning there was still no water. The truth was that the whole OR Tambo complex had no water. Please don't lie to your guests and at least offer some credit or compensation.
