Service disappointing
The Hydro offers appealing apartment accommodation and the location is very good in Sandton. However the onsite service from the manager was very disappointing. There were discrepancies in what was advertised as inclusive with hotels.com and what was provided on arrival (free wi-fi access, DSTV). The manager was seldom on site and we had to deal with security personell to try and assist us. Based on this reason, we would rather book elsewhere when next on business in Johannesburg.

min värsta Hotell upplevelse någonsin!!
Vid incheckning sa de att de brutit kontraktet med hotels.com. Men i själva verket var de överbokade. Jag hade betalt för min natt i förskott men de vägrade ta emot mig. Managern kunde inte ens möta mig personligen utan skötte kontakten över telefon med garagepersonalen. Väldigt oseriöst företag!!!! Tog mig 3 timmar att hitta ett nytt hotell :-(

O ESTABELECIMENTO ESTÁ EM UMA ÁREA NOVA E BONITA, BEM PROXIMO DA MANDELA SQUARE E ESTAÇÃO DE TREM GAUTRAIN, O QUE DETERMINOU MINHA ESCOLHA. O QUARTO É AMPLO E AGRADÁVEL, PORÉM NÃO TIVEMOS WIFI E ARRUMAÇÃO DE QUARTO.CASO FOR FICAR O DIA TODO FORA É BASTANTE BOM. COZINHA BEM EQUIPADA
