Most people get around by car, however, this apartment is located close enough to many restaurants, parks, breweries, and more to bike or walk. Founder's Park, Wild Wings Cafe, White Duck Taco, Yee-haw Brewery, and more are only .5 a mile away.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. Cozy and Comfortable

At first we felt like overaged grad students due to the location, young adults and music. We were in town for a funeral and also had our 7 year old grandson. But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. I loved the front porch each morning while sipping coffee. Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time.

Overall, the stay was just okay. The apartment was convenient to ETSU and mostly clean. For an apartment, it was fine.The big issue was the noise. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night. Combine that with the very uncomfortable beds, and sleep was tough.On top of that, there were quite a few bugs. Nothing major, but still noticeable.If not for the noise above us and the bugs, this could have been a 4-5 star stay. Instead, it ended up being just average.

Poor communication

In my 3rd day of a 5 night stay and angry man and his wife knocked on my unit and said that "I was in his unit and wanted to know why I was there and that he had booked unit 1." Which we were in. He and his wife were yelling at me. I am sure that a generic email went to them with my unit number. This was not a very pleasant experience. I had reached out to Meg several times before our stay with no response either.
