We developed stuffy nose and coughing after staying the night. The front entrance area has sewage smell. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, dirty, and dusty. This is probably why we got sicks.

Water never got hotter than lukewarm for the entirety of our 4-day stay. I told the front desk about it twice but they said that it was because a lot of people were taking showers at the same time. Not a good excuse for a hotel. They definitely don't know how to keep up with breakfast food on the weekend when many people are eating at the same time. Actually, i think it's more like they didn't care that food ran out an hour before it was time to close out down, because for some odd reason they restocked the hot food just as they were closing the breakfast area doors. We sat there for almost an hour, and the lady would come out, walk around and look at all the empty containers and then not do anything about it.

Stayed there with my 2 daughters and there was no hot water. Asked to switch rooms was told I couldn't, so had to take cold showers. The heat in room didnt work very well and the floor wasnt vacumed at all and looked not very clean. Worst stay ive had .
