There was a dirty tissue on the bathroom floor, no body wash or conditioner in the containers in the shower. When I checked out and told the staff about the conditions the reply back to me was “okay”. I was disappointed and will not be staying here again. I make this trip often from NY to MO as I have children serving in the military and are stationed in MO.

Very clean room, be prepared for it to be chilly on arrival as the thermostat's are set low. Housekeeping doesn't seem to check in to see if you need anything on a multiple night stay, so if you want your bed made or clean towels I'd suggest asking directly at the front desk. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff were wonderful and helpful. I'd stay here again just for Friday's frittata breakfast.
