Clean, very convenient, shopping mall and some famous food outlet within 01min walk which was very safe. The only thing I dislike was there was no hot water, just mildly warm, when I had my shower after 9pm on both nights.

Convenient location and amenities. Comfortable stay. Front of house was wonderful. The only complaint is that I asked for cutlery to be brought up to my room, waited 20 minutes, rang them again and waited another 20 mins. Nothing arrived, I finally rang them back and told them not to bother but to note it down. There wasn't any recovery done. It was a minor issue but I was surprised that nobody apologised for the tardiness especially when front of house was so service orientated. A little disappointing for a hotel of decent standard. Again, not a big issue but hopefully in an emergency they would not be slow to react.

Walking distance to checkpoint and near Komtar and City Square Mall. Reached hotel in the morning and left our luggage since room is not ready. Hotel lobby is very beautiful with many staff. There is a library and play area. Received a message around 1pm that the room is ready. However, we only reached back around 7pm and heard live singing at the restaurant. Was surprised to see our superior room to be upgraded. Look like to one bedroom suite. Room is spacious with separate living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 tv, work area, balcony, complimentary minibar. Next morning breakfast has many varieties. Pleasant to see live singing while eating breakfast. Highly recommended.

It has always been my fav hotel whenever Im at JB. Walking distance from CIQ. Love the spacious room. Most important of all, the front desk staffs are outstanding with their patience and listen to our request attentively.
