There is always a smell at the lift lobby area near the breakfast lounge. Traffic congestions around the hotel. Water flow away very slowly in the wash hand basin. After shower, the bath area is flooded even after 12 hours of use. Dangerous for all users.

There is no hotel lobby at the checkin area. Looks like it is removed to become retail outlet if Oriental Kopi. Did not consider elderly guests who may need to rest awhile at the lobby.

A very poorly maintained hotel!! We were trapped in the lift for half hour. The lift dropped by 2 feet the moment we stepped into the lift with the lift doors open. Suddenly; the outer lift door slammed shut. The internal door was not closed and the lift started dropping down slowly with the doors open!!! After that the lift went up to the top floor and came down again, jerking violently intermittently. I really thought the lift was going to plunge!! It was the most frightening experience I ever had. After 30 mins, the technician let us out at the basement floor - supposed to be an emergency rescue exit! However, the basement exit was filled with construction items, and in pitch darkness. It was so terribly unsafe..
