The hotel in located near an industrial area. There was a security guards with many dogs.. Check-in time was slow. The staff at the reception counter made me wait for a discussion with another staff. I was very tired because it was a late check-in around 8pm since I was stuck in a bad traffic jam coming all the way from Selangor. No lift there so I had to climb up the stairs with my bags to higher floors. Along the hall way to my room I can small cigarette smoke... The room floor was obviously not clean with hair and dust on the floor. The toilet was not properly cleaned and smelly. I checked out early morning and don’t think I wanna come back to this hotel unless things really change...

It’s very clean and huge room ! But if with window will be ideal. We reached after midnight and staff is very helpful and check in was fast and smooth. Great price and we will come again ! Thank you !

The room is clean and tidy. Nothing to complain except there was lizard feces near the window. Parking are open air with 24 hours security guard.

Best in most aspect

The only downside of the hotel for me is the location is quite far from the place i plan to go (i plan to go to utm and hutan bandar jb). Other than that, this hotel is very good. Big room (i book room for 3). The aircond might take sometimes to cool you down but i just like it (i can't sleep if the aircond is too cold)

It wasnt of my expectations.the communication of stuff was really poor.room was out of toiletries so we have to remind the stuff.it was a good price but looking forward for a lil bit of Works when it comes of hospitality.
