The worst staff ever met

The hotel staff was very rude with me. She told me that i have no prior reservation and asked me to call Hotles.com to check with them and went to watch her series on the iPad as if i was not there. After being there for 30 minutes trying to reach hotels.com, she found that she was entering the confirmation number wrongly. The worst staff i have ever met. About the place, the bed sheets are smelly along with the pillows. we could not even sleep the night of the smell.

It was good except that it has no lift at all. I am with my family and it is tiring going up & down coz we stayed at the 3rd floor.

i waited for almost 30 mins to check in because there was no one at the reception counter. turns out the staff left the hotel to go to the next building and hang out with the other staff. i had to call them and once returned there is no sorry. rude stuff, dirty & uncomfortable toilet.

We reserve last minute and when getting into the room key, we found that the room is haven't tidy up. We immediately request the counter to change another room. There is no water from the basin in second room. Aircon is not so cold enough. Although it is cheap, but i am willing to pay more to get a better hotel room.

Location was good, near shopping centres. Staffs speak cannot speak much English which its hard to communicate. Room does not have kettle and have to go ground floor and get hot/cold water. No lift access.

I'm a business traveller. Towels were old, toilet wall is made of glass and totally transparent, and curtains were just nice so still has a hole to see through, not enough wall plugs.
