The front desk programmed a key to our room for another customer. They swiped and the door opened. Thank goodness we had the silver safety flap in use so they couldn’t get all the way in. Felt unsafe that that happened. The front desk was apologetic , but that still shouldn’t happen.

Rooms were clean and staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are a bit tight when you walk in. We could not unload the luggage cart in our room and had to do it from the hall which is not a huge deal breaker but the storage and space for a family is not the most convenient and you end up having to live out of a suitcase.
