Check in was not very welcoming. Instructed to scan a QR code and fill in the information yourself. We were not made familiar with the basics, for example where were the public washrooms on the resort, where do we get beach towels, where are the restaurants and their hours? We were not told about the orientation meeting that takes place the following morning, but there is a sign at the tour desk that will tell you about it, if they remember to display it, which they did not. Most of the resort information was gained by fellow visitors. There is a lot of walking and stairs, so ask about room location when booking and disclose any mobility issues in advance. The food was really good, providing an array of choices at the buffet and wait staff were delightful.
