Worst Hotels.com experience I've ever had

When I arrived at the property they could not find my reservation so I had to stay somewhere else. This was a problem between Hotels.com and Hilton but I had to come up with a solution last night and then spend 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com this morning trying to get a refund for a service I paid for but never received. I swear you try to make it so hard to get a refund people just give up and eat it. Not me. This is the worst experience I've had with Hotels.com in all the years I've dealt with you.

Exceeded our Expectations!

Wonderful hotel - the service was great, rooms were large, halls well lit, 24 hot beverage station and free breakfast. Truly exceeded our expectations., we will stay here any time we are in the area and will highly recommend them to anyone
