Booked 7 rooms had to cancel 1 went up and paid for 6 rooms when my guest went to check in they only had 4 rooms said they could not find the other 2 in the computer piss poor service

Young girl at the front desk is so absolutely, unnecessarily rude. From the time i got there until the time i left she was just so extremely hateful!!!! Really need a better front face of the company because her personality is so ugly for such a nice place.

Room climate was ok/Most of the staff barely spoke english/ was charged for extra night staff stated that conf. number was not the one the motel had and was short one night costs me an additional $63.00. Breakfast was very limited.
