The floor in the bathroom and the carpeted area were extremely dirty. Walk in the bathroom with white socks on and they were black on the bottoms. I spilt water on the carpet and got a towel to dry it up. After drying the water up the towel was black. In the breakfast area the bagels were rock hard, the bread was dried out and stale, the pasteries were hard.

Everything was great. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Beds are comfy. It's a older building but they have done some updates. Restaurants and gas stations close by. I'll stay again for sure! P.s.-- I want to know where they purchase their pillows cause I love them.

Two day stay. No coffee pot in the room. And the coffee at breakfast wasn’t that good. No protein on the breakfast bar. Had pancakes, which was a plus. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

Never again…

I booked a room a month in advance for my daughter, my two dogs and myself, because I knew we were going to be traveling across the country. When we get there, there was no record of my reservation, the room he put us on was on the second floor (stairs aren’t good for an older dog.) He said there weren’t any other rooms available. We get into the room, and the only light work g was the bathroom. Even the phone didn’t work! This was at 2am, after us driving 16 hours from AZ and being exhausted. I was fit to be tied, so my daughter went down to the office to get us a different room. She explained that I was too angry to deal with him, and suddenly there was an available room on the first floor that was available! Huh! Go figure! Not impressed at all!
