Urine stains on the bedding

Checked in at 11pm after a 900 mile drive exhausted and wanting a shower the hot water didn't work and the white duvet had a urine stain the size of a dinner plate and black greasy hand marks we had to sleep with just the sheet the manager the next morning said the urine was dry what's the problem

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet except for the remodeling of parts of the hotel. I thought the TV was a little small. It also did not have a microwave. I had to go to the lobby to use the microwave down there. For $85 a night, you should have a microwave. Also, they said they have breakfast from 6 am until 9 am. I got down there at about 8:35 am and there was nothing but coffee. Disappointed.

No warm water came out. The shower was cold and the hair dryer was broken, so it's unusable and there are no extras to replace. The room mirror is a dark-black mirror, not a normal one, and it was like a perspective, so I couldn't rest comfortably.

Room was clean. Towels plentiful, but toiletries left a lot to be desired. No coffeemaker, no microwave. Laundry from day before (?) in closet. Curry aroma permeated entire building.

The sheets were stained, and the floors are gross. Homeless people walking around the property. The staff is unfriendly, and the breakfast was limited to cereal, warm milk, old fruit, and stale bread. Toilet wouldn't stop running, towels were dirty, doors slamming all night, and people banging on walls, so i got hardly any sleep. STAY AWAY! Worst motel experience I've ever had.

Terrible water pressure in the shower. The front desk employee would not let us have a late checkout. He would not even consider the request and promptly said NO! I will NEVER stay there again. I will definitely NOT stay at a Microtel EVER AGAIN!
