Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was decent and not cold. Room was to the liking and spacious. The only dislike was noticed prior to checking out. When the top bed mattress was pulled away from the headboard we noticed a large amount of little hairs expanding the width of the bed underneath. The hairs were different and not a pretty sight, housekeeping needs to pay close attention to this area, don’t know how they could of missed this while making the bed.

Unclean room for the price

Dirty room. Found glasses/silverware with residue and dirt on them. Needed washed again before use. Found floss on bathroom floor. Found hair in sink. Floor in bedroom portion had “crumbs” of some sort. Even though it was a Pure room, the it sure smelled funny. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned well. For the price of the night, and their fees, I would expect more.

Planned a stay on 1/8/25 on our way south. Due to a snow storm we stayed from 1/8 - 1/10 and the hotel staff were more than accommodating knowing our situation. We didn’t realize how well we got to know the staff until we stayed again on 1/20/25 on our return trip, when we walked into the lobby the receptionist Aleks greeted us with a “welcome back” which made our day! Can’t say enough great things about this hotel and their staff, we highly recommend it.

This hotel is always great! My room was on the side of the highway so I wasn’t able to get much sleep the first night, but the next day I asked for a different room and they were happy to oblige. They quickly got me a new room that was on the other side and it was perfect! Great customer service!

Would gladly stay here again, and probably will

Room was clean and pleasant but a bit too warm and lowering the thermostat didn't help. Otherwise, completely satisfactory. The shower with its water filter and high pressure was especially nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice too. Would gladly stay here again, and probably will.

Quick stopover

This was a quick stop on a cross country journey so we didn't really have time to explore. The hotel was lovely, staff was friendly and if you're hungry after you arrive, Cheddar's restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel was delicious!

The room had an old stale odor. The window next to the bed was broken and did not close properly. This made the room cold as the temperature out side was in the low thirties.

An $80 pet fee per dog per room is extravagant. The puppy treats and toy were a nice touch though. I got up in the night and went to the kitchen and found a cockroach on the counter running around. We didn’t have food so you have a bug problem in at least room 330 but I’m sure they’re in other rooms too!

Great for family stop!

The little package for our dog was so great! She loved it and the pack n play provided worked out great. We appreciated how kind everyone was. Great stop for traveling family!
