Aqua Vista is one of three self-contained units in this newly renovated West Coast home each with it's own private exterior entrance. This luxurious beautiful West Coast home is well-appointed featuring two full-sized bedrooms/bathrooms all with luxurious décor and comfort in mind.

Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, brand new stainless appliances, in suite washer/dryer, smart TV, and complimentary WIFI. This home was decorated with finishing touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable!

Experience breathtaking views of nature and tranquility while relaxing on the glass-wrapped patios soaking in the picturesque sunrises and sunsets. This home was created with rejuvenation, relaxation, and enjoyment in mind we welcome you to our East Sooke Oasis!

Upon request this unit may be combined with another unit to offer a four bedroom space, which would reflect additional costs.

Guests have access to their luxurious self-contained suite and patio attached. Each suite is assigned a unique name displayed on sign outside their private entrance. Guests may explore all the property has to offer, while breathing the fresh crisp air, listening to the sounds of the ocean waves, soaking in the full West coast experience.

There is ample parking on the property for your vehicle. Please be mindful this property has other units as well, please do not park/block other vehicles .

Other things to note-
During this time we want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is now 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.

Please be aware that our policies require guests to be at least 30 years old to make a reservation.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules. During this time we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.

Please note there are exterior security cameras outside these are only used to deter break-ins, or vandalism to the home.

Although the property is in a rural area, please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We host families, couples, and visitors from around the world. We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quite area, and we wish to host guests who are low key and respectful of our house rules and neighbors. If you are looking to party then sadly we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.

The house is a thirty minute drive from Langford, forty minutes to Victoria and a twenty minute drive to downtown Sooke.
