The rooms were clean , the staff were the kindest people you will ever meet! Everything about this hotel is amazing the views are also to die for ! The garden was beautiful and well kept along with the food it was also delicious .

Our room was beautiful. The balcony had the best views of the volcanoes and was very peaceful to eat breakfast at. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience. The property is very beautiful with a nice garden and pool as well as 2 cute cats. Only con is the walls are kind of thin.

We stayed 3 days at Hotel Juayúa and absolutely loved it. The hotel is easy to find, right in the heart of this cute town in El Salvador. The property is small, safe, and has a charming local touch and feel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, perfect for relaxing after exploring. We also booked the 7 Cascadas tour through the hotel, and our guide Rosario was amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Thanks to her, we had such a memorable experience. I also booked a massage at the hotel, and it was incredible. Truly one of the best I’ve had! We loved everything about this boutique hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The facility doesn't have parking lot, I had to parked on a dark dead end dirt road.They have cats living in the facility, you see them wondering around the dining table, this place a the breakfast is included and is serve with coffee only if you want something else you get charged separately

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city and the weekend food festival. It was clean, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Only downside is that the beds were hard.
