Belgian by birth and Burgundians at heart and by adoption (owners of nearby vineyards cultivating Chardonnay grapes), Isabelle and Étienne welcome you to a very rare, contemporary, avant-garde "passive house" built in 2025 (a truly exceptional "eco-construction," 90% self-sufficient), nestled in the heart of a peaceful rural hamlet, a stone's throw from the surrounding vineyards and meadows, on the edge of a picturesque little Burgundian village nestled under the wooded hills of the South Burgundy massif (a vast, wild forest area perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking, offering splendid panoramic views all the way to Mont Blanc on a clear day!).
