As you step into the house, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, featuring vintage furnishings, decor, and abundant art from Bob Allen throughout.
The space - Enjoy all 4 acres of this peaceful and secluded setting, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Guests can expect a cozy and comfortable environment that blends the charm and character of an older home with modern amenities and features. The rooms on the property may feature a mix of vintage and modern furniture pieces, with a focus on comfort and functionality. Guests may also find unique architectural details and decorative elements that showcase the history of Bob Allen and character of the home.
As a pet-friendly property, guests can bring their furry friends along for the stay. The yard is fully fenced and secure once you close the front gate.
The North Wing of the house has 2 in-tandem bedrooms available that includes:
1. Bob Allen Artisan Suite: King bed and en suite bathroom with jetted tub
2. Cozy County Suite: Queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower
The South Wing of the house includes a Parlor Room with a Queen murphy bed. The central portion of the home has another Queen murphy bed and a full bathroom with shower.
This listing sleeps MAX of 8 guests.
There is NO room for extra guests. Couches are NOT suitable for sleeping and common area rooms are not suitable for cots, inflatable mattresses, or sleeping pads.
NOTE: Guest count MUST BE ACCURATE at time of booking. Cleaners set up house with linens and towels based on the guest count. Therefore, not all beds will be made up or available for groups smaller than 10 - as this will help conserve water by reducing unnecessary laundry. Smaller groups than 10 who book this listing will still have access to the entire house.

Also, friendly reminder -this is a beautiful & rustic country property/house, it is not a luxury hotel. There are critters, deer and turkey, etc. running around the property and making noises. The house is old and occasionally still creaks a bit. Bob Allen and his wife Marie were passionate about their home....and some say you can still feel their presence!
