Everything you need in the perfect location
Overall the property is a great choice for families and very suitable for dogs and young children.
We loved:
-fenced in, secure and large, well-maintained garden
-garden shed with BBQ, bikes, kids garden games
-kitchen with everything you need (the oven is a microwave/convection oven and we baked a cake and roasted pumpkin with no trouble at all)
-plenty of space downstairs
-plenty of crockery, cutlery, glass ware, utensils plus coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge + freezer
-baby gate at the top of the stairs
-comfortable furniture and beds
What could be improved:
-the bedrooms look a little old and could do with a re-paint
-inside the kitchen cupboards need a deeper clean
What is useful for others to know:
-the property is in a fantastic location, however, for dog walks directly from the house, once you leave the quiet area where the house is located, there is a road. It's not too busy and not loud, but there's no footpath. Head out of the property and turn left, there's a dog path a few hundred metres along the road (dogs are even allowed off leash).
