10/10 Excellent!! "The house was perfect for our group, it was exceptionally neat and clean and had everything we needed. The location is close to town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We really loved the setting, it is surrounded by beautiful trees and wildflowers and the views were amazing! I would definitely recommend this place". Stephanie T- Stayed 8 nights

Overall the stay was good. There were some strange things, and not enough storage space in most rooms as closets, etc. was locked. The tenant on property was rather rude.
Over-all this was a great fit for our extended family of 11. Having the separate apartment for one nuclear family was especially handy. The laundry was very handy and useful. There was a shortage of serviceware for all eleven of us, but we made due. Several (at least 4) of the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors were without batteries which we subsequently purchased ourselves and installed.
We had a group of 10 Adults and thought we could walk into town. Very step hills. Ended up having to take Lyft many times.Furniture needs to be replaced. House needs a good spring cleaning. Beds were comfortable.
Lots of room for 11 of us of all ages, nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with implements and appliances. The furnishings were sparse, but very comfortable beds! Out only disappointment was that they couldnât find someone in Juneau to repair the out of commission hot tub.
Need of repair:
Hose by hot tub is constantly running, won't shut all the way off
Ice machine in main house is frozen up
Fan in the downstairs bathroom doesn't work
Front left burner on the stove in main house doesn't turn on. only one light bulb in master bathroom. main storm door needs adjusted-difficult to close.
Cleaning_ Open candy was left on one of the chairs in living room and crumbs under couch cushions, Dirty towels were left hanging in downstairs bedroom. All of the dehumidifiers were full and the one in the main kitchen smelled foul. Hot tub water level was low and was not clean.
