Wander down just a few steps to the river to enjoy passing wildlife at the end of the day, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trailhead, merely 300 yards from the doorstep. The 3 mile trail is maintained year round, and is great for walking or running. The airport is a 10-15 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.
