"This is my second time staying at L7 Hongdae, I stayed here last June with friends. My son and I were told to be able to check in early when we went to deposit our luggage at the hotel. All was pleasant til the night of 4th June when we were disturbed by loud partying til 3am. It carried on for the next 2 nights. However this unpleasant experience was salvaged by Ms Liz Bae. She managed the situation very well and also offered us a change of room. When we forgotten our room card the next day, she even check in on us about the noise situation. Will choose to stay here again because of the wonderful service by the staff. "
