The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service. Excellent location, close to the metro. A very nice hotel and very pleased to have stayed here. A really good introduction as this is our first time to South Korea.

My stay at this hotel in Korea was absolutely excellent. From the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kim’s service deserves special mention. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Korea. An amazing experience from start to finish!

Spacious room, very clean! The floor isn't carpet style like some hotels so I can feel the floor is kept very clean once barefoot on it. Well done! But the room AC seems to always have the fan running, even when I off the AC the sound is very obvious. Staff at front desk always had a smile on them, very welcoming. Location is very good as well, 1 stop away from Seoul station and 2 stop from myeongdong. The laundry area only has 3 washer and 3 dryer. Dryer time take about 12mins (48mins) longer than washer, so everyone ended up waiting for dryer. Hotel should look into improve the usage experience for guest, 3 washer and dryer is really not enough for the amount of guests there is, and some selfish guest was a truckload of their clothes and hog all 3 washer. Some kind of system should be in place to make it a better experience for all.

Clean rooms and the staff were friendly and easily helped us with lending us an adapter for charging our electronics. We stayed for two nights with our 5-year-old. We saw other families around, so it seemed like a popular hotel with families, but we didn't find it noisy when we slept or headed out in the mornings. The only issue we had with the hotel was the heaviness of the sliding bathroom door.
