Hotel room was just what we needed. Definitely on the smaller side so the walls were all scratched up from suitcases. The staff and accommodations is definitely very travel friendly. It was walkable to the shopping area and there’s so many restaurants within a couple minutes walk. I would come back!

I felt this hotel was in a pretty ideal location to get around. The Myeongdong shopping street was close by and various restaurants and stores were close and accessible, including the subway line. Staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

Unique about the property was the huge teddy bear and his friends greeting you as you enter the hotel! Plus, we had a resonator 3, the amenities in the room was set for THREE, never had this anywhere before, we always needed to request for that extra 1.

Short stay in Seoul

Our experience of Sotetsu Splaisir was very good, although the rooms felt a bit small for a family of 4. Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. The hotel is close to major attractions, centrally located and close to many eateries. Easy to catch the airport bus from there.

The room seemed dated. After the second day there, when we returned from sightseeing, the room smelled like sewer. The staff quickly provided us with a new upgraded room. The new room seemed renovated and much brighter.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel had a cafe, restaurant, and laundry facilities. There were many coffee shops, convenient stores, and restaurants nearby. Bus stops and train stations are also close. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The Splaisir Sotetsu Myeongdong is simply unbeatable when it comes to location. Limousine bus stop to and from Incheon airport just half a block from the hotel. The service here is equally impressive. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and always eager to help, making you feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you arrive. The breakfast buffet is another highlight. It offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, perfectly blending Korean and international dishes — a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city.
