Excellent stay at this hotel. Room was clean and there was a great breakfast variety with many options to choose from. Staff was very helpful when I pointed out a little incident with my room, it was solved the same day.

This has got to be one of the worst stays we have had in a while. Imagine entering the Line room booked with ball pit for the kids with so much excitement but to find strands of hair all around the sofa of the ball pit, in the ball pit, on the bed too. There’s even a used towel behind the sofa that hasn’t been cleared, chocolate leftover in the ball pit I cleaned and staining the other balls. If the property is unable to maintain a certain hygiene standard, it’s best not to have such facilities that aren’t easy to clean. Upon informing the hotel, one of the housekeeping staff came up only with a roller to stick up the strands of hair with his shoes in the room. Property is also dated and not well-kept. The stay was extremely disappointing and unexpected from a chain under Sotetsu.

Rooms are clean , staaf are helpful and efficient. Amenities are ok. Breakfast was good but its the same selection everyday hiwever there are variety to choose from. Room ok however we were on the 13th floor one floor below the Line Friends floor and some night it can be noisy. We have been woken up around 11pm from jumping and thumping noises from upstairs bedroom and this happened for a few nights during our stay

It’s conveniently located. We stayed two different times at the hotel over a week. Our first room had a sewage smell the moment we went in. The hotel staff was nice and quickly helped us change our room. Our second room was fine at the beginning but halfway through the night, the sewage smell appeared. We told them upon checkout and the staff listened and put a note that our next room will not have this smell. During our second stay, our room was much better and didn’t have a smell. Besides the smell, the hotel is good for a short trip in Seoul.

Great hotel fab location!! If early check in isn’t available they have lockers for your suitcase so you can explore. Staff are very helpful. Did not have breakfast and the room was only slight dusty in the corner, but we always put do not disturb on as don’t feel we need people to clean up after us, so I’m sure if we had it would’ve been addressed!! The only thing I would mention is the strange bathroom set up- There is no door to the bathroom itself only a sliding door between either the shower or the toilet so both cannot be closed at the same time. This is not a massive issue, but something I would note as this may be annoying for those not in a couple! Otherwise would highly recommend the hotel!!

Check in is really quick and easy. LOCATION is NEAR everything… it’s around 7-8 mins walk to Myeongdong night market, around 10-12 mins walk to Namdaemun Market, near metro station and bus station. Just 1 min walk to Bus Station to the airport with number 6001. There are many great food around… I love this location…!!!
