Great location, close to food shopping and transport to see everything in Seoul. Staff were good but fellow guests were quite rude. Each day as we exited the elevators other guests were charging into us with suitcases (people exit lifts first is common courtesy). Also had guests near me who were running up and down the hallway loudly chatting in the hallway and banging doors loudly at all hours. I had to tell them to be quiet as my elderly parents were sleeping at 10:30pm. So keep this in mind if you’re looking for a relaxing stay this might not be the hotel for you as it is very busy and loud guests.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location for transportation, sightseeing and food. It's in cental district of Seoul. The room was clean and provided free wifi, water and slippers. Also the price was very reasonable. Staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would consider to go again after it's renovation.

We were here for a night. It would have been a challenge to stay for longer, as the room wasn’t much larger than the beds, which were on a platform. The complimentary pyjamas and latex mattresses were amazing. The bathroom was huge in comparison, with a tub, separate shower stall and separate toilet room. There’s a market across the street and it’s a 20 minute walk to the train station.

Just a one night stay but it was a lovely final night in one of the Line Friends special rooms. The room was brilliantly decorated (if a little small). The bathroom was amazing and one of the best I have ever seen. A great hotel

Very convenience location in terms of transportation, walkable and selection of restaurants. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk to Lotte mall and centre of myeongdong .
