Welcome to Maui Kaanapali Villas, a peaceful resort set on 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, where you can relax, explore, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Maui. The MKV resort is managed by Aston and maintained at a high standard. This low-density property offers a quiet, tranquil atmosphere that feels worlds away from the crowded, larger resorts.

Our one-bedroom condo in the Aloha Tower offers over 1,000 sq.ft. of space to unwind. With two California king-size beds, it's perfect for families, couples or friends. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the garden view and partial ocean views including Lana'i in the distance will take your breath away.

For added convenience, our condo comes with a closet full of beach and pool toys (contents may vary), ensuring you'll have everything needed for a fun day at the beach or pool!

There are plenty of activities within walking distance such as; Kaanapali Golf Course (0.4 miles away), tennis at the Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch, snorkel or swim at Black Rock, Ceremonial Torch Lighting at the Sheraton Black Rock.

Or venture out further and watch the sunrise on Haleakala, take a drive on the Road to Hana, zip-line through the tropical canopy or enjoy a whale watching tour during the winter whale season.

I think the statement of “totally remodeled” is stretching things. It was clean and comfortable but certainly not “new”. Missed a balcony that could be sat on. This was more of a “French balcony”. Wonderful stay at this property! Andrew was responsive pre-, during and post-trip. The location is prime—feels like your own community and just a nice walk to the buzz of Kaanapali resorts and Whalers Village. Property was clean and spacious. My husband and I just returned from staying here. It is a lovely unit. The location is fabulous. So close to the beach, walking distance to Whaler’s Village. The condo was very clean and not only is the kitchen well stocked, there are plenty of beachy things, a cooler and blue ice, beach chairs, snorkeling gear. It’s close right between Black Rock and Airport Beach which are both great places to SCUBA dive and snorkel. Andrew was great to work with. Can’t wait to come back.

We liked being in a central spot. The condominiums have two beautiful and well-maintained pools with hot tubs. Access to the beach was a breeze, and we especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings and the two big water filters in the lobby.

The room is clean and comfortable! Andrew did a great job with communication prior to our stay! We love this particular place as it is a great place that is quiet and relaxing, and just a quick two minutes walk to the beach! Thank you, Andrew!

Beautiful unit and great resort

Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Partial view was nice. Close to beach and pool. Lots to do on resort. Close to Whalers Village. Would definitely come back.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved staying here during our vacation to Maui. The hotel and property is gorgeous, and the extra space and kitchen in the condo was a huge bonus. Condo has everything you need, a great view, comfy beds, and lots of extras to make the stay so much more enjoyable. We had to drag ourselves away to come back home. Would come back in a heartbeat!
